The terms for using the AeroLift site and reserving a tool with a refundable deposit.

These terms govern your use of aeroliftgolf.com and related Loame sites, operated by AeroLift Golf LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Loame,” “we”). By using the site or placing a reservation, you agree to them.

The site

The site and its content (text, images, renders, drawings, video) belong to us or our licensors. Loame and AeroLift™ are our marks. You may browse, share links, and use the site normally; you may not scrape it, copy substantial parts of it, or use our marks without permission.

Reservations

An AeroLift reservation is a $15, fully refundable deposit. It is not a purchase of a finished product and not an investment. Here is exactly what it does:

It locks the Founder Price of $39 (planned retail: $59) for one AeroLift.
The $15 counts toward the $39; the roughly $24 balance is due when your unit ships. We will email you before charging anything further; you approve the balance at ship time.
You may cancel for a full refund of your $15 at any time before your unit ships. See the Refund Policy.
Our shipping target is Q1 2027. It is a target, not a guarantee; building a new product involves timelines that can move. If the target changes materially, we will tell reservation holders by email. If we cancel the reservation program, every deposit is refunded automatically and in full.
Reservations are limited to reasonable personal quantities and are not transferable except by asking us.

Pre-release product

The AeroLift is in development. Specifications, materials, colors, and packaging may change between reservation and shipment. What ships will match or exceed what we have published at the time your balance is charged.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempting to break, probe, or overload it, no misrepresenting your identity to us.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties about the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a reservation is limited to the amount you paid us (for a reservation, $15 plus any balance actually charged). Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law, changes, contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If we change these terms materially, we will update the effective date; continued use means acceptance. Questions: gparish@aeroliftgolf.com.

AeroLift is in pre-production. Deliveries depend on final mechanism validation, cartridge consistency, supplier readiness, tooling, and assembly QA. Reservation holders will receive updates as those milestones clear before any remaining balance is due.

Does reserving obligate me to buy?

No. A reservation holds your priority position; it does not force you into a purchase. Before it becomes an order, you’ll see the final price, shipping details, included cartridges, and current specs. If those do not work for you, you can step away before checkout.

Are reservations for the United States only?

Current reservations are intended for the United States market first. If we open reservations or shipping outside the U.S., we’ll announce that separately. Availability, shipping, cartridge rules, and service support may depend on local requirements.

Is this what the AeroLift is going to look like?

The current visuals and prototypes show the intended direction, mechanism, and form factor. The final production AeroLift may still change as validation, tooling, color decisions, cartridge packaging, and manufacturability details are locked.
