Loame is the consumer brand of AeroLift Golf LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Loame,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect on aeroliftgolf.com and related Loame sites, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it the way we would want to read it.

What we collect

What you give us. If you join the email list, we collect your email address. If you contact us, we receive whatever you send. If you reserve an AeroLift, our payment processor collects your name, email, and payment details to process the $15 reservation; we receive your name, email, and order details, never your full card number.

What’s collected automatically. Basic technical data (browser, device, pages visited) through our website platform and analytics. Beginning in August 2026 we also use advertising and analytics tools, including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics 4, which set cookies or similar identifiers to measure how people find us and how our ads perform.

How we use it

To process and manage reservations and refunds. To send product updates and marketing email (every email includes an unsubscribe link that works). To answer messages. To understand how the site is used and improve it. To measure advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers who run parts of our business: payment processing (Stripe), email (beehiiv), website hosting (Framer), analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for basic functionality and, from August 2026, for the analytics and advertising measurement described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; ad platforms also offer their own opt-outs.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing gparish@aeroliftgolf.com. If you are in a place that grants you additional privacy rights (for example the EU/UK or California), we will honor the rights that apply to you.

Retention, security, children

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure. The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

Your $15 is fully refundable any time before shipping. It locks the $39 Founder Price (retail will be $59) and counts toward it — you pay the $24 balance when your AeroLift ships in Q1 2027.

Yes — your $15 is fully refundable any time before your AeroLift ships. If you decide not to move forward, we return it to your original payment method and release your first-run slot.

When do you expect deliveries?

AeroLift is in pre-production. Deliveries depend on final mechanism validation, cartridge consistency, supplier readiness, tooling, and assembly QA. Reservation holders will receive updates as those milestones clear before any remaining balance is due.

Does reserving obligate me to buy?

No. A reservation holds your priority position; it does not force you into a purchase. Before it becomes an order, you’ll see the final price, shipping details, included cartridges, and current specs. If those do not work for you, you can step away before checkout.

Are reservations for the United States only?

Current reservations are intended for the United States market first. If we open reservations or shipping outside the U.S., we’ll announce that separately. Availability, shipping, cartridge rules, and service support may depend on local requirements.

Is this what the AeroLift is going to look like?

The current visuals and prototypes show the intended direction, mechanism, and form factor. The final production AeroLift may still change as validation, tooling, color decisions, cartridge packaging, and manufacturability details are locked.
